I have been involved in the real estate business for the past 10 years and obtained my brokers licence in July of 2005. After working for a few real estate companies and not liking the way they operated and giving them at least 20% of my earnings and not being able to state my opinion or implement changes. I opened my own company and I decided to change the way I practice real estate--that is, I wanted to run my company differently. So, I implemented the commission rebate program and decided that I will not practice "hard or high" pressure sales. Instead I practice a no hassle, no harassment, no pester policy. What does this mean? I don't pester you with follow-up phone calls just because you visited my website, I allow you to decide if you want me to contact you, I allow you to search my site with no registration required, I will answer any of your questions with no strings attached and most importantly I believe in helping buyers and sellers achieve their goals by working within their time-frame, not mine! I am not in this business for "one-time" clients, I am here to develop relationships with my clients for life (even if that means they never buy or sell again).
